Response of Cyprinus carpio intestinal microorganisms to triphenyl phosphate (TPHP)

We currently lack information on the response mechanism of carp gut microbes to triphenyl phosphate. However, it is an ideal method to reveal the contribution of fish gut microbes to plastics. Here, 24 samples were collected from different treatment conditions and the communities were analyzed by 16S rRNA gene sequencing.
