The image data for Figure 7, and Figures S6 of Redefining colocalization analysis with a novel Phasor Mixing Coefficient.This contains multispectral imaging data of Ptk2 cells in which non-muscle myosin II heavy chain (MHC) was labeled with AlexaFluor(AF)-488, while its phosphorylated regulatory light chain (RLC) was labelled with AF-568.These data reflect measuring PMC across a range of SNR's which were produced by imaging the cells at increasing laser power on both lines.The folders "greenonly_cell1" and "redonly_cell1" contain the single-color controls; the folders "dualcolor_cell3", "dualcolor_cell4", and "dualcolor_cell5" contain the two-color experiments.For each image file, the filename contains the relevant laser power information. After a preamble of "Ptk_..." which identifies whether MHC, RLC, or both are labelled and the experiment number, the names contain a sequence such as "0p01-488_0p1-561". This indicates the laser power settings for that image: in this case, the 488nm laser was set to 0.01% and the 561nm laser was set to 0.1. The six combinations are as follows.488: 0.01, 0.06, 0.12, 0.18, 0.24, 0.3%561: 0.1, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, 1.5%The analysis outputs are produced through the "Figure 7" section of the Jupyter notebook in the associated GitHub repository.
