This data includes all of the results produced by RLetters (https://demo.rletters.net/) used to create Figure 2 in the <i>PLoS ONE</i> paper Pence, C.H. "RLetters: A Web-Based Application for Text Analysis of Journal Articles." DOI: 10.1371/journal.pone.0146004.<br>In addition, at one point I cite a collocation analysis in support of a claim, the original data for which are also included here.<br>To regenerate this data from the RLetters Demo installation:<br>- Access the RLetters Demo- Create two datasets, one containing all of <i>PLoS Biology</i> (filter -> <i>PLoS Biology</i> -> Save Dataset) and one containing all of <i>PLoS Computational Biology.</i>- Run a Craig Zeta analysis, linking those two datasets.<br>For the collocation analysis:<br>- Run a collocation analysis on the <i>PLoS Computational Biology</i> dataset, including the first 100 collocations, and using the "Parts of speech" analysis method.
