Comparative transcriptome analysis of differentially expressed genes in the ovary and testis of Athetis dissimilis

Athetis dissimilis is one of the important agricultural pests, which causes serious loss of crop yield. The purpose of this study was to investigate the differential expression of genes in ovary and testis of A. dissimilis. Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology was used to obtain transcriptome sequencing of the ovary and testis of A. dissimilis, and the differentially expressed genes were analyzed.

异夜蛾（Athetis dissimilis）是重要农业害虫之一，可对作物产量造成严重损失。本研究旨在探究异夜蛾卵巢与精巢内的基因差异表达情况。研究采用Illumina高通量测序技术对异夜蛾的卵巢与精巢进行转录组测序，并对差异表达基因进行了分析。
