Clinical metagenomic next-generation sequencing in the diagnosis of nonturberculous mycobacteria pulmonary diseases (NTM-PD)

Our retrospective observational study enrolled 11 patients diagnosed with NTM-PD by the assistance of mNGS and received the recommended drug regimen based on the identified NTM species. Clinical data, including symptoms, laboratory tests, dynamic computed tomography imaging, treatment, and outcome, were recorded and analyzed.

本回顾性观察研究纳入了11例经宏基因组二代测序（metagenomic next-generation sequencing，mNGS）辅助确诊为非结核分枝杆菌肺病（NTM-PD）的患者，所有患者均依据鉴定出的非结核分枝杆菌菌种接受了推荐的药物治疗方案。研究人员对患者的临床资料进行了记录与分析，涵盖症状、实验室检查、动态计算机断层扫描成像结果、治疗情况及转归结局。
