Transcriptome in glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate infiltrated N.benthamiana plants Raw sequence reads

The leaf samples were collected at indicated hrs after mock or glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate treatment. Each treatment included three biological replicates. Fragments in the library were purified with the AMPure XP system to select cDNAs preferentially at 240 bp in length.
