本研究利用RibOxi-seq技术，对硕大利什曼原虫（Leishmania major）的核糖体RNA（rRNA，ribosomal RNA）以及该原虫核糖体RNA相关小型RNA子集中存在的全部2'-O-甲基化（2'-O-methylation）位点进行了完整谱型分析。总体实验设计：基于硕大利什曼原虫总RNA的2'-O-甲基化谱分析。
