Effect of CLPP depletion on gene expression of Human ovarian granulosa cells

To investigate the function of CLPP in human ovarian granulosa cells, we selected KGN cell line and transfected with shRNA to knock down CLPP. Then, gene expression profiling was performed using the data obtained by RNA-seq.

为探究CLPP在人类卵巢颗粒细胞中的功能，我们选用KGN细胞系，通过转染短发夹RNA（short hairpin RNA，shRNA）敲低CLPP的表达。随后，利用RNA测序（RNA-seq）获取的数据集开展基因表达谱分析。
