Deoxofluorination of (Hetero)aromatic Acids

Diverse trifluoromethyl-substituted compounds were synthesized by deoxofluorination of cinnamic and (hetero)­aromatic carboxylic acids with sulfur tetrafluoride. The obtained products were used as starting materials in the preparation of novel fluorinated amino acids, anilines, and aliphatic amines - valuable building blocks for medicinal chemistry and agrochemistry.本研究通过四氟化硫（sulfur tetrafluoride）参与的肉桂酸与（杂）芳香族羧酸的脱氧氟化（deoxofluorination）反应，合成了多种三氟甲基取代的化合物。所得产物可作为起始原料，用于制备新型氟化氨基酸、苯胺类化合物与脂肪胺——这类化合物是药物化学及农用化学领域极具价值的构建砌块。
