Identification of midbody-enriched RNAs

Midbodies function during telophase as a recruiting hub for proteins that regulate cell abscission. However, the contents of midbodies remain unclear. In this study, we profiled the RNA contents of purified midbodies using RNAseq. Overall design: RNA profiling using RNAseq of the transcripts contained within purified midbodies and, as a comparison, intact HeLa cells.

中体（midbody）在有丝分裂末期作为调控细胞脱落的蛋白质招募枢纽发挥功能。然而，目前中体的具体组成成分仍未明确。本研究采用RNA测序（RNAseq）技术，对纯化获得的中体中的RNA组分进行了转录组谱分析。实验设计概述：本研究以纯化中体所包含的转录本、以及作为对照的完整海拉（HeLa）细胞为研究材料，通过RNA测序技术完成RNA谱表征。
