Measures of Diffusion paramerers (FA, RD, AD, ADC..) following lateral fluid percussion injury to the forebrain (n=5) and hindbrain (n=8) cortex. Statistical differences between 150 brain regions comparing values between the affected ipsilateral side (right) and the contralateral side (left) are rank order for significance. Values are presented as the mean and standard deviation (SD). Areas shown in blue are common to both sites of cortical injury. Arrows denote the direction of the difference between the affected and control sides.

本数据集包含前脑（n=5）与后脑（n=8）皮层接受侧方液压损伤后的扩散参数检测结果，包括各向异性分数（Fractional Anisotropy, FA）、径向扩散率（Radial Diffusivity, RD）、轴向扩散率（Axial Diffusivity, AD）、表观扩散系数（Apparent Diffusion Coefficient, ADC）等。针对150个脑区，本研究对比了受损同侧（右侧）与对侧（左侧）的参数值，并按统计学显著性对差异进行排序。数据以均值±标准差（SD）的形式呈现。蓝色标记区域为两处皮层损伤的共同累及区域，箭头指示受损侧与对照侧之间的差异方向。
