Damage Assessment and Reconstruction Monitoring - Suburb and LGA Summary – Severe Tropical Cyclone Debbie and associated rainfall and flooding, 28 March – 6 April 2017

Queensland Reconstruction Authority conducted Damage Assessment and Reconstruction Monitoring (DARMSys) audits of residences in the Gold Coast, Isaac, Livingstone Shire, Logan, Mackay, Rockhampton, Scenic Rim and Whitsunday Council area following Severe Tropical Cyclone Debbie and associated rainfall and flooding, 28 March – 6 April 2017. The event was a severe tropical cyclone which occurred during 28 March – 6 April 2017.\r\n\r\nThis dataset contains summary counts per Locality and Local Government Area of the damage severity of residences surveyed. 4 surveys were undertaken and all surveys are in the dataset (phase 1 July 2017, phase 2 October 2017, phase 3 February 2018, phase 4 May 2018).

昆士兰州重建管理局（Queensland Reconstruction Authority）于2017年3月28日至4月6日期间，针对强烈热带气旋黛比（Severe Tropical Cyclone Debbie）及其引发的降雨与洪涝灾害，对黄金海岸（Gold Coast）、艾萨克（Isaac）、利文斯顿郡（Livingstone Shire）、洛根（Logan）、麦凯（Mackay）、罗克汉普顿（Rockhampton）、Scenic Rim及圣灵群岛（Whitsunday）地方政府辖区内的住宅开展了损害评估与重建监测（DARMSys）核查工作。该灾害为发生于2017年3月28日至4月6日的强烈热带气旋事件。

本数据集包含按街区（Locality）与地方政府区域统计的受访住宅损害严重程度汇总计数。本次调查共开展4轮，数据集收录全部4轮调查数据：第一阶段为2017年7月，第二阶段为2017年10月，第三阶段为2018年2月，第四阶段为2018年5月。
