This hardware article explains and visually represents the operating principles of an IoT-Based Power and Motion Transmission System. In the calculations of the main transmission elements – spur and bevel gear pairs and belt transmission elements – the kinematic quantities are specified and visually displayed. The oscillations of the RPM and mass measurement results, influenced by dynamic factors in the system, are studied and visually represented through linear graphs. Based on detailed design and manufacturing, the IoT-Based Power and Motion Transmission System was installed and successfully performed the intended task of lifting and measuring the applied load, up to 5 kg.
本文作为硬件技术专题文章,阐释并可视化呈现了基于物联网(IoT)的动力与运动传输系统的工作原理。在针对核心传输元件——直齿轮副(spur gear pairs)、锥齿轮副(bevel gear pairs)以及带传动组件(belt transmission elements)——的计算环节中,明确了各运动学参数并完成可视化展示。针对受系统内动态因素影响的转速(RPM)与质量测量结果的波动特性,本文展开专项研究,并通过折线图完成可视化呈现。基于精细化的设计与制造流程,该基于物联网的动力与运动传输系统已完成安装部署,并顺利完成了额定的载荷起吊与施加载荷测量任务,最大可测载荷可达5千克。
