Evaluating levels of Vaccinia viral mRNA translation

We have sequenced polysome enriched mRNA to determine levels of viral transcript translation. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data enriched for polysomes in Vaccinia infected cells.
