Upregulated and differentially expressed genes in the HDM-sensitized atopics with asthma compared to HDM-nonsensitized controls. Differential network analysis of the responses in HDM-sensitized atopics with asthma versus HDM-nonsensitized controls identified genes with upregulated expression and coexpression (region 3, P = 0.0009) patterns in the asthmatic group.
