small RNA analysis in human platelets stored in blood bank

Human platelets collected from healthy donors according to standard international protocols were pooled and stored at 4ºC during 7 days. The small RNA population changes across the days were evaluated by NGS aproach. The smallRNA population was evaluated at fresh platelets and after 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 5 days and 7 days of storage at 4ºC.

本研究按照国际标准操作规程，从健康供体体内采集人血小板（human platelets），将采集样本混合后于4℃环境中保存7天。采用下一代测序（Next-Generation Sequencing, NGS）技术，对保存期间小RNA（small RNA）群体随保存天数的动态变化进行评估。分别针对新鲜血小板样本，以及4℃条件下保存1天、2天、3天、4天、5天和7天的血小板样本，开展小RNA群体的检测分析。
