Simulation data from Nishimura et al. (2023), "Unique Amphipathic a-helix Drives Membrane Insertion and Enzymatic Activity of ATG3". The dataset contains the MD simulations executed for the Atg3/LC3/lipid membrane system, both in the WT and 5W-mutated variants.
