RNA-Seq Transcriptomic Dataset of Lewis Tumor-Bearing Mice Post-Cryoablation Intervention

At 14 days post-cryoablation intervention, RNA-sequencing was performed on lung cancer tissue harvested from three samples in both the cryoablation group and the control group to investigate the underlying mechanisms of cryoablation therapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The study aimed to elucidate transcriptomic changes following cryoablation and identify potential therapeutic targets or pathways associated with its efficacy in NSCLC.

本数据集的实验流程与研究目的如下：于冷冻消融干预后14天，分别从冷冻消融组与对照组各3份非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC）组织样本中提取检测材料，开展RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）实验，以探究冷冻消融疗法治疗非小细胞肺癌的潜在作用机制。本研究旨在阐明冷冻消融术后的转录组表达变化，并筛选出与该疗法治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效相关的潜在治疗靶点或信号通路。
