Code and data for: Evaluating the Added Predictive Value of Sentinel-2 Data for Chlorophyll-a Estimation in Data-Limited Narrow Coastal Streams

This record contains the code and data supporting the article. It comprises three parts: (1) the Google Earth Engine script used to extract Sentinel-2 Level-2A predictor tables, the MATLAB code used for predictive modelling, repeated cross-validation, augmentation and QC sensitivity analyses, the in situ field dataset, the Sentinel-2 extraction tables and the archived model-result tables supporting the reported analyses (folder analysis/); (2) the source data underlying Figures 2–7 (folder figure_source_data/); and (3) the Earth Engine and Python scripts, input rasters and outputs used to generate Figure 1 (folder figure1/).
