After obtaining the desired sequence, DNA synthesis is essential to produce the H-Bot in physical form. This process can be efficiently managed through a closed control loop system. The system comprises four vials containing dNTPs: deoxyadenosine triphosphate (dATP), deoxyguanosine triphosphate (dGTP), deoxythymidine triphosphate (dTTP), and deoxycytidine triphosphate (dCTP). Each vial is equipped with a micropipette for precise handling.During synthesis, the first nitrogenous base displayed on screen triggers a robotic arm attached to a CDS micropipette to dispense a specified concentration of the corresponding dNTP.
