This dataset was estimated by the TRIPLEX-Mortality model. The TRIPLEX-Mortality model was developed from the original TRIPLEX model, which has been widely used to simulate forest growth and C and nitrogen (N) dynamics in boreal forests. The physiological process-based TRIPLEX-Mortality model has been successfully validated against observations collected at permanent sample plots across Canada’s boreal forests, offering good reliability when estimating drought-induced tree mortality and associated biomass C dynamics.本数据集基于TRIPLEX-Mortality模型（TRIPLEX-Mortality model）估算得到。该模型衍生自原始TRIPLEX模型（TRIPLEX model），后者已被广泛用于模拟北方森林的林木生长以及碳（C）、氮（N）循环动态。这款基于生理过程的TRIPLEX-Mortality模型，已通过加拿大北方森林永久样地的实测观测数据完成有效验证，在估算干旱诱导的林木死亡率及其相关生物量碳动态时展现出良好的可靠性。
