Community shifts of Arabidopsis root-associated bacteria and their functions by nitrate supply

This study focus on the relationship between nitrate signaling and the alteration of root-associated bacterial community in Arabidopsis. The bacterial community was analyzed by 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing.本研究聚焦于拟南芥（Arabidopsis）中硝酸盐信号传导与根系相关细菌群落改变之间的关联。该细菌群落通过16S rRNA扩增子测序技术进行分析。
