Transcriptome sequencing of Cumin (Cuminum cyminum)

Fungal infection is causing huge productivity loses in cumin for past few years in Gujarat. Transcriptome sequencing Cumin Control was done, later to be compared with infected samples to gain insight into the resistance mechanisms of different accessions of cumin during fungal infection.古吉拉特邦（Gujarat）近年来的孜然（cumin）种植因真菌感染遭受了巨额产量损失。研究团队已完成孜然对照组的转录组测序（Transcriptome sequencing），后续将该测序数据与感染样本的测序结果进行比对分析，以期深入阐明不同孜然种质（accession）在真菌感染过程中的抗性机制。
