针对Pseudomonas plecoglossicida的鞭毛基因flgK进行RAN干扰，获得flgL-RNAi菌株，并使用野生型菌株和flgL-RNAi菌株分别对斜带石斑鱼进行感染，对感染后第四天的鱼脾脏进行转录组分析。
RNA interference (RNAi) was performed targeting the flagellar gene flgK of *Pseudomonas plecoglossicida* to generate the flgL-RNAi strain. Then, the wild-type strain and the flgL-RNAi strain were respectively used to challenge *Epinephelus coioides*, and transcriptomic analysis was conducted on the spleens of the infected fish at 4 days post-infection (dpi).
