Statistical output for working South African citizens

Statistical output of the data collected from a sample of 263 in order to gain a deeper understanding of the role that work–family enrichment could play in the relationship between job crafting and subjective career success. Statistical analyses were conducted using the SPSS version 28, lavaan 0.6.15 R-studio and JASP version 0.16.3 programs. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyse the construct validity of the instruments involved, correlation analyses were used to achieve the objectives of the study, and a mediation analysis was done as well.本研究针对263份样本采集所得数据生成统计分析结果，旨在深入探析工作-家庭充实（work–family enrichment）在工作重塑（job crafting）与主观职业成功（subjective career success）的关联中所发挥的作用。本研究借助SPSS 28.0版、R-studio环境下的lavaan 0.6.15及JASP 0.16.3版统计软件完成全部分析工作：采用验证性因子分析（Confirmatory factor analysis）检验所涉研究工具的结构效度（construct validity），通过相关分析达成研究既定目标，并同步开展中介效应分析（mediation analysis）。
