Screening and Characterization of Potential Probiotics for Poultry

In the present study, several LABs and Bacillus were screened and characterized from the intestinal tract of different healthy animals. Ultimately, LC-9-1 and LB-Y-1 had been comprehensively assessed to determine its safety and efficacy in growing broilers, the effect of probiotic on intestinal flora.

本研究从多种健康动物的肠道内筛选并鉴定了若干乳酸菌（Lactic Acid Bacteria, LAB）及芽孢杆菌（Bacillus）菌株。最终针对LC-9-1与LB-Y-1两株菌开展全面评估，以明确其对生长肉鸡的安全性与应用效果，同时探究该益生菌对宿主肠道菌群的调控作用。
