本研究共筛选得到47845个探针集（probe-set），对品种DL与AS来源的间充质干细胞（mesenchymal stem cell）的基因表达谱开展了比较分析，并进一步探究了各品种内两种不同滑膜组织间的基因表达谱差异。实验设计概述：将DL与AS两个品种、两种不同滑膜来源的间充质干细胞的总RNA，与Affymetrix猪雪花基因芯片（Affymetrix Porcine Snowball Array）进行杂交，并采用方差分析（ANOVA）完成统计检验。
