PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF DIGITAL BUILDING ENERGY MONITORING SYSTEMS BASED ON A DIGITAL TWIN

This article examines project management of digital building energy monitoring systems based on the digital twin concept. A mathematical model for calculating the actual energy efficiency of a building, including baseline household consumption, is proposed. Unlike approaches prevailing in the scientific literature, the proposed model is designed for the operation of a digital twin without the mandatory use of BIM models and IoT infrastructure, significantly expanding its applicability to a wide range of existing buildings.本文针对基于数字孪生（digital twin）概念的数字建筑能源监测系统的项目管理展开研究。本文提出了一种可计算建筑实际能源效率的数学模型，该模型涵盖基准住户能耗。相较于当前科研文献中主流的研究方法，所提出的模型专为数字孪生的运行场景设计，无需强制使用建筑信息模型（BIM, Building Information Modeling）与物联网（IoT, Internet of Things）基础设施，大幅拓展了其对各类既有建筑的适用范围。
