Population genomics of the genus Euterpe

This dataset includes raw ddRAD-seq reads generated from multiple species of the genus Euterpe, including Euterpe oleracea, Euterpe edulis, Euterpe precatoria, as well as interspecific hybrids. These species are native to South America and are ecologically and economically important, particularly in tropical forest ecosystems. The dataset was generated as part of a population genomics project aimed at investigating genetic diversity, population structure, and hybridization dynamics within the genus Euterpe.
