Nematostella vectensis, genomic and transcriptomic data. jaNemVect

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Nematostella vectensis to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).本项目作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，收集了为星状海葵（Nematostella vectensis）研究所生成的基因组与转录组数据，以推动其基因组组装与注释工作。本项目所产生的数据将遵循达尔文生命之树项目开放数据发布政策（https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行公开共享。
