Rhizosphere fungal communities of wheat during development of disease suppressive soil.

This study examines fungal communities of wheat rhizospheres during the development of disease suppressive communities to rhizoctonia. Wheat was cycled in the greenhouse and beneficial rhizosphere communities were transferred to subsequent cycles. Fungal communities were evaluated by sequencing of ITS1. This work sheds light on the composition and diversity of fungal communities during development of disease suppressive communities.本研究考察了小麦根际（rhizosphere）真菌群落在构建针对立枯丝核菌（Rhizoctonia）的抑病型群落的过程中的特征。实验在温室中开展小麦循环培养，并将有益根际群落转接至后续培养周期。研究通过ITS1测序对真菌群落进行分析，揭示了抑病型根际真菌群落构建过程中真菌群落的组成与多样性特征。
