To determine the function of STING in kidney epithelial cells, we constructed conditional STING knockout mice (CDH16KO mice). We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of renal tissues in AngII-induced mice and AngII-induced CDH16KO mice. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for renal tissues in AngII-induced mice and AngII-induced CDH16KO mice.
