珠穆朗玛峰地区的表生地球化学分异过程展现出明显的规律性变化,这为探索相关地球化学问题提供了良好条件。该数据集以Excel格式存储,包含8张工作簿,集中分析了珠穆朗玛峰地区过渡元素的表生地球化学特征。数据内容涵盖多个方面,包括岩石中过渡元素含量与不同岩类的比较、岩石风化壳中过渡元素的光谱半定量测定、主要植物中锰、铁、铜、锌的含量以及与世界植物的平均含量的对比。此外,还涉及不同植被带中优势植物的过渡元素含量、植物灰分中元素的含量及其生物吸收系数、土壤中过渡元素的含量,以及山地暖温带和寒温带表生作用带中元素的分布情况。这一数据集为第一次青藏科学考察的数据数字化整理成果,旨在为深入理解珠穆朗玛峰地区地球化学特征及其生态影响提供丰富数据支持,有助于评估过渡元素在生命进化及生态系统中的重要性。
The epigeochemical differentiation processes in the Mount Qomolangma region exhibit distinct regular variations, which provide favorable conditions for investigating relevant geochemical issues. This dataset is stored in Excel format, consisting of 8 worksheets, and focuses on analyzing the epigeochemical characteristics of transition elements in the Mount Qomolangma region. The dataset covers multiple aspects, including the comparison of transition element contents in rocks with those of different rock types, the semi-quantitative spectral determination of transition elements in rock weathering crusts, the contents of manganese, iron, copper and zinc in local major plants and their comparison with the average contents of plants worldwide. In addition, it also involves the transition element contents of dominant plants in different vegetation zones, the element contents in plant ash and their biological absorption coefficients, the transition element contents in soils, as well as the distribution of elements in the epigeochemical zones of the mountainous warm temperate zone and cold temperate zone. This dataset is the digital collation outcome of the data from the First Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Scientific Expedition, aiming to provide abundant data support for in-depth understanding of the geochemical characteristics and their ecological impacts in the Mount Qomolangma region, and facilitating the assessment of the importance of transition elements in life evolution and ecosystems.
