Through massive sequencing of 16S rRNA gene amplicons (V4-V5) and data analysis using a novel permutation approach, we have detected decreased incidence of Blautia species, especially B. luti and B. wexlerae, in the gut microbiota of obese children, which was even more pronounced in cases with both obesity and insulin resistance.
本研究通过对16S核糖体RNA(16S rRNA)基因扩增子(V4-V5区域)开展大规模测序,并采用新型置换分析方法完成数据分析,结果显示肥胖儿童肠道菌群中布劳特氏菌属(Blautia)物种的丰度显著降低,尤以B. luti与B. wexlerae两菌种为甚;该现象在同时合并肥胖与胰岛素抵抗的病例中表现得更为突出。
