采用USAXS/SAXS/WAXS 联用技术,研究了拉伸速率对PP 隔膜微孔成核、生长的影响,揭示微孔成核的区域、形式和微孔生长的方式,建立PP 隔膜屈服、塑性形变以及脆性破坏的微观机理。本数据集基于上海同步辐射光源BL10U1线站测试数据,记录了硬弹性体聚丙烯(PP)薄膜在不同速率拉伸过程中实时采集的宽角/小角/超小角X射线散射(WAXS/SAXS/USAXS)二维图谱、X射线采集的过程文件、扣除空气背景噪音后的图谱、力学数据、经过Fit2D软件(由欧洲同步辐射中心研发的专业X射线散射后处理软件)处理后得到的一维散射曲线、从一维散射曲线中进一步提取得到的总体结晶度、片晶堆叠长周期、取向度和大尺度结构不均性在拉伸过程的演化信息。

This study investigated the impact of stretching rate on micropore nucleation and growth of polypropylene (PP) separators using combined ultra-small-angle X-ray scattering (USAXS), small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and wide-angle X-ray scattering (WAXS) techniques. It revealed the locations and patterns of micropore nucleation as well as the growth modes of micropores, and established the microscopic mechanism behind the yielding, plastic deformation and brittle fracture of PP separators. This dataset is based on experimental data collected at the BL10U1 beamline of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF). It contains real-time acquired 2D WAXS, SAXS and USAXS patterns of hard-elastomer polypropylene (PP) films during stretching at different rates, X-ray acquisition process logs, air background-subtracted scattering patterns, mechanical property data, one-dimensional (1D) scattering curves processed by Fit2D software (a professional post-processing tool for X-ray scattering data developed by the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility), and evolutionary information of overall crystallinity, lamellar stacking long period, orientation degree and large-scale structural heterogeneity during the stretching process, which were further extracted from the 1D scattering curves. The total size of this dataset is approximately 14 GB.
