Increase in IFN- γ production following rBmHAT antigen stimulation.

PBMC were isolated after the final immunization and subjected to rBmHAT antigen stimulation. Supernatants from PBMC cultures were harvested upon 5 days of stimulation and assayed in ELISA for IFN- production.Increase in IFN- γ production following rBmHAT antigen stimulation.外周血单个核细胞（Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell, PBMC）于末次免疫后分离获得，并经重组BmHAT（rBmHAT）抗原刺激。将PBMC培养体系刺激5天后收集上清液，采用酶联免疫吸附试验（Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay, ELISA）检测干扰素γ（Interferon-γ, IFN-γ）的产生水平。经rBmHAT抗原刺激后，样本中干扰素γ的产生量显著升高。
