Endophytic diversity of Cycas dolichophylla

We investigated the microbial community of endophytes in seeds, taproots, young and mature coralloid roots of Cycas dolichophylla in order to learn more about the microbial ecology and symbiotic relations of microbes living in tissues of this plant.
