研究背景与目的:肥胖是一种复杂疾病,可引发内脏白色脂肪组织(visceral white adipose tissue, WAT)功能异常,并与心血管疾病、慢性炎症及其他代谢性病理状态密切相关。脂肪源性干细胞(adipose-derived stem cells, ASCs)是维持脂肪组织稳态的关键细胞。然而,肥胖如何影响人脂肪源性干细胞(human adipose-derived stem cells, hASCs)的生物学功能,目前尚不明确。本研究采用8名肥胖供体组与3名瘦供体组的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据开展基因表达谱分析。整体实验设计:针对8名肥胖供体组与3名瘦供体组的RNA测序数据,开展对比性基因表达谱分析。
