Monitoring the Evolution of SARS-CoV-2 Variants through Wastewater Analysis

The aim of the study was to analyse the distribution of SARS-CoV-2 variants, with a focus on BA.2.86 sublineages, in relation to clinical data, in a period characterized by low infection prevalence and limited molecular testing on clinical samples.本研究旨在结合临床数据，分析严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2（SARS-CoV-2）变异株的分布特征，重点聚焦BA.2.86亚分支；研究开展时段的感染流行率较低，且临床样本的分子检测工作有限。
