Raw Data: Raman Spectroscopy Enables Real-Time Identification and Monitoring of Plastic Biodegradation Metabolites

This repository contains all raw data from "Raman Spectroscopy Enables Real-Time Identification and Monitoring of Plastic Biodegradation Metabolites" manuscript. Includes viability readings (values_for_PETdeg.xlsx), LC-MS files, GC-MS files and Raman spectroscopy files (PET biodegradation and PET crystallinity identification). Each of the LC-MS, GC-MS and Raman folders contain a standards, biotic control, abiotic control and sample folders which houses the .d or .txt files. Also contains R markdown file which was used to produce most of the main and SI figures.本仓库收录了论文《拉曼光谱技术实现塑料生物降解代谢物的实时识别与监测》（"Raman Spectroscopy Enables Real-Time Identification and Monitoring of Plastic Biodegradation Metabolites"）手稿的全部原始实验数据。涵盖PET降解相关活力读数文件（values_for_PETdeg.xlsx）、液相色谱-质谱（LC-MS）数据文件、气相色谱-质谱（GC-MS）数据文件，以及用于PET生物降解与PET结晶度识别的拉曼光谱数据文件。LC-MS、GC-MS及拉曼光谱文件夹下均设有标准品组、生物对照组、非生物对照组与样品组子文件夹，各子文件夹内存储有.d或.txt格式的实验文件。本仓库同时包含用于生成绝大多数主图及补充材料插图的R Markdown文件。
