In this study we investigated the community structure of phyllosphere-associated bacteria in the canopy of Acer pseudoplatanus L., Quercus robur L., and Tilia cordata MILL. in a floodplain hardwood forest (Leipziger Auwald). Samples were taken from three individuals per tree species and from three positions within the canopy – top, mid, and bottom position – in three spatial replicates. Bacterial community structure was assessed by amplicon sequencing using Illumina MiSeq, with the primer combination Bakt_0341F/Bakt_0785R.

本研究针对莱比锡漫滩硬叶林(Leipziger Auwald)内挪威槭(Acer pseudoplatanus L.)、夏栎(Quercus robur L.)与心叶椴(Tilia cordata MILL.)的冠层叶圈(phyllosphere)附生细菌群落结构开展调查。实验中每个树种选取3株个体,在冠层顶、中、底三个位置进行采样,并设置3次空间重复。采用引物组合Bakt_0341F/Bakt_0785R,通过伊卢米纳(Illumina)MiSeq平台完成扩增子测序(amplicon sequencing),以此解析细菌群落结构。
