Temperature is an important environmental factor for ectothermic organisms, especially insect species. To study the molecular response of Cyrtorhinus lividipennis to heat stress, different developmental stages of this predator were treated at 26 (control) and 38 degree (stress), respectively.
温度是变温生物(ectothermic organisms)的重要环境因子,尤其对于昆虫物种而言至关重要。为研究黑肩绿盲蝽(Cyrtorhinus lividipennis)对热胁迫的分子响应,该捕食性天敌的不同发育阶段分别被置于26℃(对照组)与38℃(热胁迫组)条件下进行处理。
