scRNAseq from liver was performed for two Li-TSC1KORagAGTP and two wild-type mice to examine different populations of hepatic cells Overall design: Two Li-TSC1KORagAGTP and two wild-type mice were used in this experiment. Liver cells were isolated following a two-step protocol of digestion. Cell suspension was analyzed using 10X Genomics Chromium Single-Cell 3'.

本研究针对2只Li-TSC1KORagAGTP小鼠与2只野生型小鼠开展肝脏单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNAseq），以探究肝脏细胞的不同群体组成。实验设计：本实验共使用2只Li-TSC1KORagAGTP小鼠与2只野生型小鼠。采用两步消化法分离肝脏细胞，随后通过10X Genomics Chromium单细胞3'端测序平台对细胞悬液进行分析。
