R scripts for generating profiles from single cell data from CellProfiler deposited into an MySQL database and for generating plots from per-treatment profiles.

Contains CellProfiler pipelines for analyzing images in CellProfiler 2.1.1.

Contains per-treatment profiles and correlation matrix. Heatmap and correlation matrix is also present as PDF files with all profiles annotated.
