Code for Polyether Ionophores publication

R scripts for generating profiles from single cell data from CellProfiler deposited into an MySQL database and for generating plots from per-treatment profiles. Contains CellProfiler pipelines for analyzing images in CellProfiler 2.1.1. Contains per-treatment profiles and correlation matrix. Heatmap and correlation matrix is also present as PDF files with all profiles annotated.本数据集包含：用于从存入MySQL（MySQL）数据库的、由CellProfiler（CellProfiler）生成的单细胞数据中提取特征谱，并基于各处理组特征谱生成可视化图表的R脚本集；用于在CellProfiler 2.1.1版本环境中完成图像分析的CellProfiler分析管线；以及各处理组特征谱与相关矩阵，同时附带已完成全特征谱注释的热图及相关矩阵PDF文件。
