Somatic Hypermutation in transgenic 3BNC117 coding genes of engineered mouse B cells

In order to assess in vivo SHM and clonal expansion among engineered B cells, we used a synonymously re-coded 3BNC117 allele.Cells were engineered as described in Nahmad et al. 2020.
