Data files for running BioGeoBEARS analysis on biomes occupied by New Zealand Chionochloa, Coprosma, Melicytus, Myrsine, Pseudopanax, Poa X, Rytidopserma A, Rytidosperma B, and Veronica. Each clade has a geog file for a multiple biomes per species approach (_geog_file_multi.txt), and a single biome per species approach (_geog_file_single.txt) so analyses can be run both ways. Time stratification to control biome availability uses the areas_allowed.txt and time_periods.txt files, which make Forest always available, Open available from 4 Ma, and Alpine from 1.9 Ma.

本数据集提供了用于针对新西兰雪穗茅属(Chionochloa)、柱果木属(Coprosma)、蜜球木属(Melicytus)、杜茎山属(Myrsine)、假楤木属(Pseudopanax)、早熟禾属X(Poa X)、糙芒草属A(Rytidopserma A)、糙芒草属B(Rytidosperma B)及婆婆纳属(Veronica)所占据的生物群系运行BioGeoBEARS分析的数据文件。每个演化支均配有两类地理文件:分别适配"单物种多生物群系"分析方案的_geog_file_multi.txt,以及适配"单物种单生物群系"分析方案的_geog_file_single.txt,可支持两种分析模式的开展。用于管控生物群系可获得性的时间分层校准流程,将借助areas_allowed.txt与time_periods.txt两个文件实现:其中森林生境始终可用,开阔生境自4百万年(Ma)起可用,高山生境自1.9百万年(Ma)起可用。
