研究表明,胆碱酯酶(ChE)活性与神经认知评分(格拉斯哥昏迷量表Glasgow Coma Scale, GCS、简易精神状态检查表Mini-Mental State Examination, MMSE)及神经功能评分(生活质量指数Quality of Life Index, QLI、功能独立性评定量表Functional Independence Measure, FIM、格拉斯哥预后量表Glasgow Outcome Scale, GOS)呈正相关,而与损伤评分(改良Rankin量表Modified Rankin Scale, MRS、Rankin残疾量表Rankin Disability Scale, RDS、额叶型痴呆评定量表Dementia Rating Scale-Frontal, DRS-F)呈负相关。本研究针对创伤性脑损伤(Traumatic Brain Injury, TBI)患者,采用斯皮尔曼相关性分析(Spearman correlation),检验了入院时的胆碱酯酶活性与患者分别在入院时(in)及出院时(out)的神经认知评分(GCS、MMSE)及功能评分之间的关联。
