Pictures of Kombar barley infected with Pyrenophora teres f. teres and Pyrenophora teres f. maculata pure and hybrid progeny isolates

Progeny isolates from three bi-parental Pyrenophora teres populations were inoculated on Kombar barley and their 7dpi reaction type was photographed. The populations used included two pure crosses, P. teres f. teres and P. teres f. maculata isolates crossed to other isolates of the same P. teres form and one hybrid cross generated by crossing P. teres f. teres and P. teres f. maculata isolates. The P. teres f. teres pure cross was 15Ax0-1, the P. teres f. maculata pure cross was FGOB10Ptm-1xSG1, and the hybrid cross was FGOB10Ptm-1x0-1.从3个双亲本大麦网斑病菌（Pyrenophora teres）群体中获得的后代分离菌株被接种于Kombar大麦品种，并对其接种后7天（7 days post inoculation, 7dpi）的反应型进行了拍照记录。本次所用的群体包含2个纯种杂交组合：分别为大麦网斑病菌条纹专化型（Pyrenophora teres f. teres）菌株与同专化型的其他菌株杂交得到的组合，以及大麦网斑病菌斑点专化型（Pyrenophora teres f. maculata）菌株与同专化型的其他菌株杂交得到的组合；此外还有1个由大麦网斑病菌条纹专化型菌株与斑点专化型菌株杂交获得的杂交组合。其中大麦网斑病菌条纹专化型的纯种杂交组合为15Ax0-1，斑点专化型的纯种杂交组合为FGOB10Ptm-1xSG1，杂交组合为FGOB10Ptm-1x0-1。
