Combined alignment fasta file used for the phylogenetic analysis of Micropsalliota

A new species of Micropsalliota is described from the tropical region of Maharashtra, India. The species is recognized on the basis of morphological details and its phylogenetic placement is determined by using of nrITS and nrLSU sequence data analyses. Micropsalliota pileocystidiata is characterised by its robust basidiomes covered by reddish-brown appressed fibrillose squamules, ellipsoid to amygdaliform basidiospores, pyriform pileocystidia and clavate, utriform to broadly utriform or sometimes ellipsoid cheilo- and pleurocystidia., Sanger sequencing and curated sequences. 记述了采自印度马哈拉施特拉邦热带地区的1个微伞属（Micropsalliota）新种。该种依据形态学特征得以鉴定，其系统发育位置通过核核糖体内转录间隔区（nrITS）与核核糖体大亚基（nrLSU）序列数据分析得以确定。盖囊体微伞（Micropsalliota pileocystidiata）的主要特征为：粗壮的担子果表面被覆红棕色平伏纤毛状鳞片；担孢子呈椭圆至扁桃形；盖囊体为梨形；缘囊体与褶侧囊体呈棒状、囊状至宽囊状，有时为椭圆形。本研究结合桑格测序（Sanger sequencing）与经过整理的序列数据完成分析。该文件可通过MEGA、Aliview等任意序列比对查看软件打开，为合并比对后的FASTA格式文件。
